Preventative Child Welfare Services in Victoria
Brian Mitchell has been involved in the child welfare scene for many years and worked in N.T., Queensland and Gippsland in aboriginal welfare. In recent years he has visited the U.S. and was instrumental in bringing U.S. visitors to Australia looking at sevices for needy multi problem families. He has been involved in child protection scene on a Ministerial Committee. He is the Director of St. Anthony's Home for Children.
